One being the chat in the game. Whenever I’m in it, all I hear is people asking each other for gifts or sending each other back-and-forth gifting requests which is very annoying. I also have to say that the bugs are pretty severe. For example, I had a chat with another player, which I was supposed to be able to skip, however it turned out that you just have to wait for her. Sometimes when the game glitches during your turn, a few opponents can attack you at the same time and you will lose all your troops while still being on "your" move. Basically, it’s very annoying.",

The game keeps freezing and lagging and i really dislike that. It’s so frustrating when it lags and you can’t do anything. So you have to buy more energy with the coins you've already earned just so you can earn more coins. How many levels are there? Who knows because it gives you no way of knowing besides having to look at every level on your own. I've played this game for a few months now and I'm already broke. I've had to start putting coins inside my code so the game will pay out at the end of the month/week because otherwise you won't make it. How do I know? Because after I put in my code, the game pays me what it owes me but then takes money from me when it's trying to be nice and give me a level up bonus or an extra spin or whatever. If you want to spend money then don't play this game because there is no other way to get money easily without spending your own rubies/coins on extra energy. I also don't know how people are buying the "Chat with friends" thing. I have never gotten it to work and I have several friends who also play. So it makes you spend money just to talk to your friends even though you can't even talk to them for free using the in-game chat.",

I have reached a level where there is no more available to play and therefore am unable to make any upgrades for my games such as bakeries. It would be great if some of the higher levels were made available as in the past. It really is frustrating having to keep doing the same things over and over and over and over again without ever reaching new levels or being able to use anything you have won towards buying coins etc. Please let us know when new levels are available. You can make all kinds of things happen with the farm and you will get better as long as you keep playing. Overall I would give it a five star rating but there are some things that should be changed one is that I would like it if we could buy more energy to play longer or if the maps were bigger so we could build more things in them. And I lost all of my troops along with half of my castle. I didn’t make it through the game to see if my troops came back but it was just devastating. If you can make the game a little more fair like your secret messages and if there is a new army system that is way more fair. And if you do not want people to attack while you are playing. Then maybe put an option where we can play one by one in our own kingdoms or have a leader board or something like that? I really love the game but I think some stuff needs to be changed.
